Important Lessons
Final day and weigh in and measurement check. I'm
amazed to find I have lost 8lbs and have considerably lowered my chances of
heart disease. Did I find the week hard? Looking back on it - NO, have I
recommended the programme to my customers? Yes I certainly have and some have
even contacted Gavin to try it out for themselves.

I have learned alot this week
1. I have learned that I do not need coffee and
can go without quite happily and even enjoy alternatives!
2. I have learned that the reason I eat biscuits
and cakes is that they are my alternative to smoking - quite how I move on from
this I am not sure at the moment but at least I have now recognised it and can
do something.
3. I have learned that fruit and vegetables make
a great juice combo and taste good.
4. I have learned that I must eat regular meals
and not to skip them as skipping meals is what makes your body store fat in case
you need it.
5. I must take regular exercise as well as
re-educate my eating habits.
I will definately do this again should I ever find
that I revert to bad habits - but are determined not to revert to bad
habits.
